Inebriated

Alcohol is one of the biggest social evils in India. It became such a social endemic that the government increased the age limit to 21 years for beer and 25 years for all other alcohol. My mother’s cousin battled alcoholism for many years, and I can still see the side effect it has on her and those around her.
