Dardh-Pain

My paternal grandfather was a doctor, and he was one of my favourite people. He died after suffering from a stroke. I used to visit him in the hospital and hate to see what he went through with intravenous medicine and injections being poured into him. He always said even though he was a doctor, he would hate to have a prolonged illness at a hospital even though it was started by him! I dedicate this sculpture to him and will donate it to the charitable hospital that he started after it’s done, as an ode to him-a a great cardiologist and a proficient hobby painter.
This installation will have a giant syringe, to which I have attached many small ones and also used resin to depict the liquid that was injected into him.
